• Shipping prices are displayed at view cart page or during checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once order is shipped.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and verification.
• Estimated times of arrival start once the order is shipped.
• We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.or USPS First Class depending on weight
• Orders to PO BOX will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• Free Shipping orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.or USPS
• Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
• Please be aware we can only ship Lighters via UPS Ground and they will not have gas the client will be responsible for filling them with gas .
• We do not ship to Montana.
• All Humidor orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.
• Shipping Upgrades are only available for phone orders.
• We ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail.

Return Policy:

Please be aware that we inspect all merchandise upon receiving and shipping from our warehouse to make sure we have fresh products.

If by any chance we sent you the incorrect product, please give us a call and we will either mail you or email you a return label free of charge.

If you ordered the incorrect product, please ship the unopened item/ items back to us, once we receive them we will ship you the correct items .Please note that if the client has placed an order for the incorrect product he/she is responsible for shipping of the items back to us and the shipping of the new package being set with the correct item .

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for opened merchandise. We can only issue return labels for those orders in which we did a mistake.
