If the item does not fit or if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item using the eBay message centre. The item must be returned to us in its original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. We advise you to use recorded delivery, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded. Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback and enable us to rectify any problem with your order. 

 RETURNS THAT ARE NOT OUR FAULT (UNWANTED GOODS) Returns that are customer’s choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 14 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place (Your refund then will be the final eBay price before the postage charge). The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only. 

RETURNS THAT ARE OUR FAULT (WRONG ITEM / FAULTY ITEM) Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

We accept PayPal only. It is fast, secure and instant. (There is no charge for using this method) Only PayPal is accepted (Immediate Payment is required). 

If you do not have a PayPal account then you can make payment using  your debit / Credit card by PAY PAL.  Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.

Shipping Policy:

It is always our priority that all of our orders are dispatched within 1 working days once the transaction is completed by 1400. Though we ship all items very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.
