Payment is only with PayPal unless otherwise agreed. Immediate payment required. Items will ONLY be sent to the registered PayPal address, NO OTHER ADDRESSES. If the item is to be sent to another address, please edit this BEFORE you complete the checkout process, as we are unable to change the address after payment has been received.

All items purchased through eBay cannot be collected in person. All items purchased through eBay must be posted, as we have to have a tracking number for each order. Dispatch time can be up to 5 working days, but we aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the service used. All parts are sent fully insured, and when possible with tracking numbers. For items posted abroad, delivery time varies.

Most Buy It Now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day they receive the item. We extend this period to 14 days. The return postage is to be paid by the buyer (some exceptions apply), and the item must be return in the original condition, and in suitable packaging materials. Items damaged in the return delivery will not be covered, so please ensure the item is sent with suitable insurance and tracking information. Items purchased in error or where the buyer has changed their mind will not include the original P&P charge.
