~ SHIPPING

Any item shipped to an apartment address, will be shipped with signature verification.

I ship in the AM, Pacific Time, via USPS Ground, Tuesday through Saturday, and am unavailable Sundays and Mondays. Any questions received after 5:30pm Pacific will be answered the following morning, unless the following morning is Sunday or Monday. If you need special shipping, please contact me PRIOR to bidding, and I will be happy to meet your needs.

~ RETURNS AND ISSUES

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND ALLOW ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT IT BEFORE OPENING A CASE. I AM AN HONEST SELLER AND WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO CORRECT ANY ISSUES.
