Here is a complete set of mounting hardware used on a 1970 1971 Torino and Fairlane with a 429 CJ Shaker. (Ram Air). These parts are correct and indistinguishable from the original Ford hardware. as you will notice the studs have a spot weld feature for the correct look after mounting. the kit also comes with the correct mid plate and support stud nuts. 

 Construct your own shaker base , Also It never hurts to have replacements for worn or cross thread studs
