  1. Plug the power cable to the USB outlet

  • The computer did not find out the device, what can I do?
  • - Method A: Reboot the computer and keep the device connected.
  • - Method B: Right click "My Computer", and then left click "Property". Then click "Device Manager". Finally click the "Scan". The computer should recognise the device in a few seconds.
  • Why the item is not working?
  • - It might be due to the power supply is not sufficient. So please use both eSATA cable and USB power cable, especially if you use the eSATA function. And please do not use the USB port on the front of your desktop.
