 This historic property is on the
NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES. Known as the HILL MANSION.  This MANSION is located in north central Missouri in a little town of Keytesville Mo. There is such a story behind this place it could be made into a movie. Built in 1832 by banker named Redding was married with one child and in the civil war the union solders seen the home and by the way it looked THEY HAD to have money  any body living in a home like this. So they raided the place and holding a gun to Mr. Redding head demanding money or they would kill him, so he took them were he buried the money and dug it up and guess what they killed anyway, So the wife and child got out alive and the Union occupied the place for a while and when the war was over the wife and the boy came back and she married Mr. Hill and a few shot years the boy died at the age of 15 and a LARGE marble statue, life like in his image and sculptured in Italy buried in the family polt in the Keytesville cemetary. And being in frail health his mother died leaving Mr. Hill with this place and he got married a few years later to a Sallie Scott, they had 5 children. and it was in there family till 1992 and sold to Jack Jones of around the Kansas city area and he spent a ton on this place . Ground heat source  system new tin roof, rewired, re-sheet rocked, re-papered  to the original.

 There is 500'ft. of wrought iron fence and PLUS the WROUGHT IRON GATES. I did a ebay search there getting $50.00 plus a foot for the fence and the BIG gates $5000 and NONE has the character this gate has not even close. That is  $30,000 in just wrought iron. If you think OLD WROUGHT IRON not worth very much do a SEARCH. WOW. And there is the OLD SWAN water fountain in the front yard, OLD OLD. When I was there taking pictures 2 older women pulled in the drive way and when they seen me here they come telling me all about the place from when they were little girls and that they never seen the fountain work and around 2002 they drove by the place and the SWAN was shooting water up in the air and they were so happy to see that. .

 I have pages and pages of newspapers articles telling the stories and
NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES documents . This would make a heck of a Bread and Breakfast and you should be able to get funding for half to bring her back to the beauty.
