Shipping

  • Items will be sent within one business day after the payment has been received. Items will not be shipped during weekends, store vacation dates and public holidays.

Return Policy

Non-damaged returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date or payment date. Please refer to the following refund policy:
  • The item must arrive to us within 30 days of purchase date or payment date.
  • The receipt/ packing slip/ invoice is required for all returns.
  • The item must be in brand new condition and in its own original packaging
  • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged returns: We will replace the damage item and ship you a new one at no additional cost. To be eligible for the damaged claims:
  • The buyer must contact the seller within 2 days of damaged item arrival.
  • The buyer must provide the digital photo proof of the item arrived in damaged condition.
  • The buyer may be requested to ship the damaged item back to us. In such case, we will pay for the return shipping charge for the damaged item. The new item will not be shipped until we have received the returned item.
