If you are in a hurry then the standard delivery is Royal Mail 1st class post - this is a 1-2 day service
The Next Day Express service is normally sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is a guaranteed service with delivery before 1pm the next working day. However this is not available in all part of the UK.
If an item is heavy or longer than the Royal Mail maximum size then we will ship via a courier who offers a next day service with delivery up to 5.30PM on the next working day and is trackable online. Again this is not always possible in all parts of the UK..

For European destinations item will be sent Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets.

Shipping - Postage – Saturday Dispatch

As promised in our listing for orders placed before 3PM UK Time we will dispatch the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM UK Time will be dispatched the next working day.  Orders placed between 3PM UK Time on Friday and 10AM UK Time on Saturday will be dispatched Saturday morning. Please note that Saturday dispatch is not available for 24 hour next day shipping by carrier. We will dispatch on next day service on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (Bank Holidays dispatch will be next working day avaiable)

Orders placed after 10AM Saturday morning will be dispatched on Monday except for Bank Holidays when they will be dispatched on Tuesday.

If you have not received your item within the estimated delivery time and you may have not been at home to receive your parcel it is advisable to check with neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them. Check your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the parcel has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting your collection.

Faulty On Arrival

 

If you find that your item is faulty on arrival, then you can request a replacement or a refund. Please contact us directly on receipt of the order and let us know the problem, we may need a photograph before issuing a replacement

Damaged In Transit

If you discover that your Item is visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged and refuse to accept the delivery. OR please contact us with details of the defect in your item. These details will help us in raising the problem with our courier. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will then issue a replacement or refund.

Changed Your Mind (Distance Selling Regulations, DSRs)

If you have ordered items from us, but then you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us will be refunded.

If you change your mind after receiving an item the following criteria must be met:
