P + P and Payment: If you are making multiple
purchases, please pay for your items in one transaction for Postage Discounts
to be applied. If paid in separate transactions then these will not
be calculated and we will not be able to refund you the difference. We
accept Paypal as our main method of payment, however we will also accept
cheques and Postal Orders (your order will not be despatched until funds have
cleared) Please pay for your order as soon as possible or contact us
if you are having any problems with your payment.
Despatch and Delivery: Carbon Fiber Vinyl and
Vinyl Stickers are cut to order and so will be despatched 2 Working days from
Payment being received, all other items will be sent next working day. Most
items are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, larger items such as Carbon
Fiber Vinyl Wrap will be sent as Standard Parcel (3-5 working days) or
Parcelforce48, dependent on which you select as payment. Delivery times may vary for
International items and unless you request and pay for an item to be tracked,
we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. We only post items Mon
–Fri.
Damages and Returns: We will accept returns for all
our items, however, unless items are damaged, we will not refund the return
postage. In the event that you receive a faulty product, we may ask
for it back as proof of the fault, and on return we are happy to send out a
replacement if we have the stock to hand, or offer a full refund.
