Grade B refurbished in full working order
The Cisco Unified IP Phone 7940G is multiprotocol-enabled to support Session Initiated Protocol (SIP), Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), as well as the Cisco Unified Call Manager Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP). It provides two programmable line and feature keys, four dynamic soft keys, a built-in headset port and an integrated Ethernet switch. The phone also includes audio controls for the full-duplex speakerphone, handset, and headset, and features a large, pixel-based LCD display that provides information such as date and time, calling party name, calling party number, and digits dialed..
Grade B refurbished phones will have signs of previous use, some scratches and/or marks, but the screens will be free from defects (other than light scratches) If you require a higher standard, please look for our Grade A refurb phones.
Please note that Cisco phones are not supplied with power adapters, but these are available for an extra £10 ex VAT.
These phones are pre-installed with SIP firmware.

Condition
Refurbished hardware has been fully tested in our in-house engineering department, and comes with a 1 year warranty as standard. Please note that we do not respray hardware, so some signs of use are to be expected (minor scratching and scuffing.) Please enquire if a higher cosmetic standard is required. We are happy to provide photos of actual units.
Availability
Our office hours are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours sales and service are usually available for emergency requirements.
Warranty
We supply a 1 year return-to-base warranty on all of our prdoucts. Extended and enhanced warranties are available as are support contracts - please enquire for details.
Shipping
Orders received before 2 pm are normally dispatched that day. Same-day and guaranteed next-day services are available upon request, with the option of on-site engineering support. We ship worldwide, providing urgent priority services in addition to cost-effective economy options.

We accept Paypal, credit/debit cards, cheques, or bank/wire transfers. Fees may be applicable for certain payment services. Net terms are available upon application and successful credit approval.
