Payment and Shipping
After an auction ends or the buy it now option is used an invoice will be sent to you. All items must be paid with in 3 days, or a non paying bidder alert will be filed against you. If you have special circumstances to prevent payment with in the time frame, please notify us as soon as possible.

Your item will be shipped with in 1-3 business days, after payment received if you paid through PayPal or . If you paid through PayPal with E-check your item will be shipped after your E-check is cleared.

Return Policy
Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. You must call 1-347 725-3725 to obtain a merchandise return authorization number before you return anything to us. Packages without an MRA number will be refused by our receiving department. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the MRA number issued date. All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee. All exchanges are subject to 15% re-stocking fee. re-stocking fee does not apply if returns or exchange is a result of our error.
Warranty
Trim Market warrants its products against any defect in workmanship or materials under normal use and service, as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle the product was installed in. For each claim under this warranty product/s or part/s must be returned to: Trim Market, 4202 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11232. A new product or components will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please request to receive return: e-mail. Any packages send without return or exchange authorization number will not be accepted. Return authorization number must be visible on the packaging box.
Damaged Product
If your product was damaged and mishandled during shipment by shipping carrier (UPS, USPS), you must contact your local carrier office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After
Trim Market received authorization from shipping carrier new product will be ship to you again. Do not return damaged product to
Trim Market. Shipping carrier will arrange pick up after your claim.
30 Day Money Back
Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for refund, If you are dissatisfied with the product in any way. Thereafter, all sales are final.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
