Aquarium use
When
releasing CO2 into your
aquarium, a key requirement is to ensure that the release pressure of CO2
is controlled in order to deliver it efficiently into the water. Furthermore,
the times of the day during which CO2 is released should also be
controlled. Our Solenoid CO2
regulator will enable you to control the release pressure of CO2
from the source in order to deliver it efficiently into your
aquarium. The pressure can be fine-tuned using the needle valve adjustor
ensuring that the quantity of CO2 released into your aquarium is
suitable for your requirements.
The
nut's thread is a JIS m22-14 which is the industry standard in the UK, Europe,
Japan, and Taiwan.
In addition, the inbuilt solenoid control enables you to configure the required flow times for CO2 release through the regulator, for example, setting the supply to 'on' during the daytime and 'off' during night-time hours. This is achieved in combination with the use of a mains timer plug. Controlling the times at which additional CO2 is released from the source will not only prevent unwanted flows into your aquarium, but will also preserve your remaining supply, thus saving you money!
