Please inspect all shipments prior to signing delivery receipts. If there is evident damage to your set, please refuse the order and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Write "refused due to damage". 

If the shipment is accepted and damage is not noted on the delivery receipt, a refund or replacement of your purchased may either be delayed or refused. We reserve the right to send a replacement in lieu of a refund.

All cancellations, exchanges, and returns other than damages due to shipping or warranty claims will incur a 25% restocking fee. 

Furthermore, all postage and shipping for returns other than those due to shipping damages, will be paid by the customer and is a cost incurred by the customer in addition to the 25% restocking fee.

All Claims or returns requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item
