By default we will ship your order to your PayPal address, if you wish for your order to be despatched to an alternative address, please change your address on PayPal when checking out.

If paying by Cheque or Postal Order, we will ship your order to your eBay address.

We aim to despatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment being received and processed by ebay and paypal.  

Orders placed over the weekend and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

We accept PayPal - NO EXTRA OR HIDDEN CHARGES!

We aim to process returns the same or next day. All we ask is that you contact us within seven days of receipt and notify us you wish to make an exchange or a refund and return the item in the same, brand new, unused condition.

Due to the nature of pierced jewellery, or cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns for these unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
