Majority of UK orders are delivered within 1-3 working days for 1st Class Delivery and 3-5 working days for 2nd Class Delivery, however this will depend on Royal Mail. For urgent orders, we would recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery service or a local pickup, we are open 7 days between 10am and 6pm but please call 0207 096 0936 to arrange a pickup. Payments We accept all major debit and credit card through Paypal only or cash on collection. TERMS WEAR AND TEAR All Desktops, laptops and components are used and may have signs of wear and tear/cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, sticker residue, plastic chips/non-structural cracks to casing, minor display imperfections/blemishes not visible in pictures that do not affect performance. BATTERY POLICY All batteries are provided as strictly untested; no guarantee is given or implied that the battery will hold a charge or work away from the mains supply. We do not except any returns on the basis of 'my battery doesn't hold a charge'. RETURN POLICY Simple and easy. If you unsatisfied with your item.
