If you make a weekday purchase before 1:00pm EST, we will do our BEST to ship out your item the SAME DAY! Otherwise, your purchase will ship out on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY!  We do not ship on weekends, unless stated in the listing.

Return policy

MOST of our items offer a 14-day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE*, with the exclusion of listings that specify no returns, such as certain vintage or collectible items. Read further for more details.

We do our best to resolve problems, should any arise. If something is wrong with your item, rather than leaving negative feedback, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.

* If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Refund will be sent to buyer’s PayPal account upon our receipt of the returned item. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be sent back in the original shipping box, and the item(s) must be in the same condition as specified in the auction. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be for the ORIGINAL purchase price only, and will NOT INCLUDE any shipping paid by buyer at time of purchase. In the case of items with FREE shipping, the amount paid by seller in shipping to buyer’s address shall be deducted from the refund. International buyers wishing a refund must return item via a shipping service which provides tracking for that item. All returns shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
