•Worldwide shipping is available according to your registered (Confirmed)PayPal shipping address, please make sure your delivery address is correct.

•Please make sure your email address on ebay is still working before you bid, as we may need to confirm some information with you by email.

•Free shipping/ Economy shipping Ship by International Registered Airmail(signed) which needs your signature upon receiving. There is a tracking number without online tracking informations, if you do not receive your order after 30 business days, please tell us by message ("Contact seller"), and we will track by person for you. The shipping insurance is not offered .

•Please make sure you can accept our shipping time before you bid.

•Ship by EMS, online tracking service is provided. Include Shipping insurance.

The usual shipping time is about 5-7 working days to arrive AU/US/UK, not include Saturday and Sunday.

The EMS doesn’t provide service to Croatia, Maldives, so there is economy delivery only.

•Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). We ONLY handle the shipping for once to you.

Return Policy:

All eBay auctions are final. Please do not bid on our auctions unless you intend on completing it.

When the buyer received the package please be sure the exterior packing is complete. If it has serious damage please tell the postman immediately to record it for the future insurance refund and take photos about the damage to prove. If not, it will be difficult to refund from the post office.  (If this happen in Australia, please bring the item with you to your local Australia Post to complete a form, and send us a message from contact seller.)

Refunds are only offered for defective products reported within 3 days upon receipt, shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Refund is only available after returning goods is received. If we can replace products but you prefer a refund we will return to you 80% of the amount for those returned product(s).

Please notify us before return. Returns without prior communication and our logo lamp will not be accepted. Defective products must be returned within 5 days from the day you received it. Defective products will be replaced for up to 10 days. If the defective product is no longer available, a refund may be issued. In the event that you “do not like” or “ordered the wrong product,” a return is possible as long as you bear all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.'
