The disc is in like new condition with some dust on it. The case has wear, a grind mark on the spine, and a crack (see pics). The listing includes the item as pictured. I will package this item well, but I do not guarantee that the case will arrive without cracks, please be aware of this. Shipping within the US is FREE!!!! Also note that I usually do not take returns on items, because they are standard catalog items that do not deviate too far from description, but if I do agree to take a return, I do not reimburse for shipping it back.
