At MX Graphics we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, every time you shop with us. Occasionally, you may wish to return an item, so we provide a 14 day returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email, or through the eBay returns process, stating that you wish to return the item and the reason for the return. This should be within 14 days of receipt and the item must be unused and in its original condition. No refund can be given after this 14 day period. Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by MX Graphics. Therefore, we recommend that you return your item by recorded delivery. The cost of returning items that have been correctly supplied is your responsibility.
