Our Refund Policy
  • Returns accepted within 30 days less restocking fees that apply.
  • We are not liable for third party distribution. Ship to and Bill to on the origianl order is what we service. If product is thought to be defective it must be reported within 3 days of Delivery< for pick up label to be sent. Labels will only be sent to the original ship to address on the order. Otherwise you have 30 days to return for Exchange. We test ALL products returned. If no defect is found there is a 10 percent restocking/handling fee deducted from the purchase price. We always advise contacting the Manufacturer >first to troubleshoot. If you only want to return a product and not have a replacement sent there is also a 10 percent restocking fee.
