US Shipping: I use the United States Postal Service for all shipping needs. Combined shipping will be calculated by item weight, not a set amount per item. Therefore, i will send you an invoice with the combined amount.

International Shipping: I do ship internationally but please contact me with any questions. I use the new Global Shipping Program for all international shipping, if you are not familiar with this program please read about it on eBay.  I am NOT responsible for any fees or any customs charges AT ALL.

Returns: I will accept returns, however read the following conditions:

• I accept returns if I sent the wrong item to you. I will pay for the return shipping and the cost of shipping you the correct item back to you.
• I accept returns if I sent the wrong quantity of item to you. I will pay for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the item back to you.
• I accept returns if the item is significantly different from what the item description stated. I will pay for return shipping if i feel the item is significantly different than i stated.
• I do not accept returns if you have opened the item. If there is a problem with the manufacturing of the item, then you must contact the manufacture.

How much is shipping? Shipping rates for domestic are listed above. Although if you are located in HI or AK, please contact me prior to buying or bidding for a shipping quote.

Do you combine shipping? Yes, i will combine shipping an almost any item unless the item description states otherwise.

How much will the shipping cost when i combine items? Since I combine shipping based on weight of the items, there is no other way to know the exact shipping cost except to send me a message about the shipping rate. I want to give you the best shipping rate possible.

When will you ship my item? I generally ship within 1-2 business days from when the payment was received. Express items will generally ship the same day or next day. Priority items will generally ship within the next 48 business hours after payment is received. Items shipped First Class to US buyers will also ship within 48 hours.

 

Will i receive a tracking number? Yes, you will receive a tracking number for every type of shipping i do. You should receive an e-mail with that information.

Do you accept returns? Yes, my return policies are in the description page above this.

What payments do you accept? I only accept PayPal at this time.

How long do i have to pay for my item(s)? You have 2 days to pay for the item after the auction ends. If payment is not received, i will file a non-paying bidder form.
