Return Policies
At ProGolfSouth, we want you to be happy with each and
every purchase you make with us. We accept returns
for exchange, replacement, refund and store credit. Please
read below for details on how to return your purchase.
Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange the product (different size,
different shaft flex, etc.) please contact
us within 14 days for an return authorization number. After
14
days, all sales are final.
- The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
- Please include payment for shipping the second product.
Returns
If you decide you do not want the product you receive, you have 14 days
to contact us for an
return authorization number. After 14 days, all sales are final.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
- The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
- The return is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please include a note in the return package describing the
reason for the exchange.
Damaged Shipment
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and
we will file a claim on your behalf with Fedex. Once the claim has been
approved by Fedex, we will ship out a replacement item, or issue a full
refund. Please do not file a claim with Fedex, as this will only delay
the claims approval process.
Incorrect Item Received
ProGolfSouth is a longtime eBay seller with a 99.8% approval rating,
ProGolfSouth gets
it
right. We strive to complete each and every transaction 100% correctly.
However, errors do occur. If you have received an item that you did not
purchase, please contact us
immediately to help us resolve the problem. There are a few options
available when this situation occurs, so please contact
us, and we will issue a full refund and/or get the correct
product to you as soon as possible.
Ratings Disagreement
ProGolfSouth has been selling golf equipment on eBay since 1999, and we
are confident that the condition
rating
is accurate. However, we understand that sometimes rating discrepancies
occur. If you believe that this has happened with your item, please contact us immediately for a
return authorization number.
- Upon return of the item, we will reevaluate the item,
comparing
it to the original written and photographic documentation. If the error
is on our part, we will immediately issue a full refund, including the
original shipping amount.
- Please note that the buyer is responsible for returning the
product to us for reevaluation. We will reimburse all reasonable return
shipping amounts if the discrepancy is due to our error.

Shipping
We ship exclusively with Fedex and USPS. Normal shipping is
ground, and usually ships in one business day. Please call
us
before checkout for any expedited shipping to ensure proper delivery.
Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery for all US military addresses.
Local pickup is available at no charge. However,
sales tax applies.
For non domestic shipments, the buyer is responsible for all
taxes,
duties, and import fees charged by the buyer's government. Please
contact your local customs office for more information.

Where is my tracking number?
ProGolfSouth provides email communication along every step of the sales
process, including buying, checkout, shipping, delivery, and feedback.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, we do combine shipping. Any items purchased within 7 days of the
initial purchase will be combined onto 1 invoice, and the shipping
totals will be significantly reduced. Please see item listing
for shipping add ons. Most
shipping for additional items is reduced by 50% or more.
When will my item arrive?
We ship within 1 business days of receipt of
payment, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The last
shipment on Friday is at 11:00am, and, in most cases, items paid by
Thursday will go out on Friday. Domestic shipments may take
up to 5 days to arrive. International USPS
first class shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending upon
each country's customs process. Please see the item

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Please see the item listing for international rates. All
international items will ship within 3 business days.
Please be aware that USPS First Class International shipments can take
up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country's customs process.
Why does it say regular in the title,
but stiff in the description?
While handling thousands of items each day, we occasionally make a
listing error. If you see a listing error, please contact
