WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our products are NEW IN BOX. These products are NOT factory returns, refurbished, or overruns. Products sold as such will be clearly labeled.
All products come with factory warranty unless otherwise noted. Manufacture defects, warranty repair or replacement are the responsibility of the product manufacture.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Our shipping rates are based on the lower 48 states. Purchases going to AK, HI, or PR may incur additional shipping charges. If you would like a shipping quote please contact us via eBay’s contact the seller.
- We welcome combine shipping but require that all items are placed on the same combined order. I.E. do not pay for the items individualy, await a combined invoice or request one.
- Most items will ship no later than 2 business days from cleared payment.
- Most small items under 13 oz. in total weight will ship USPS First Class Mail. (2-5 Days)
- Items or combined orders over 13 oz. will ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days), UPS (2-5 Days), or FedEx Ground (2-5 Days)
- Books and other Media will ship Media Mail (3-7 Days)
- On request we can expedite your shipment for additional shipping charges.
- Please provide your Telephone number on check out. This assists UPS and FedEx in delivery confirmation.
- If you feel your shipping costs are too high please contact us prior to making your payment. We will make every attempt to lower the shipping charge and then provide you a combined invoice with the shipping adjustment.

RETURNS POLICY
Within 7 Days of Receipt you may return your product unopened. No returns will be accepted unless contacting us first. There will be minimum a %15 restocking fee, this will be reflected in you return credit. You are also responsible for the return shipping. If the product was shipped on promotional free shipping, your refund will also have the shipping cost deducted. In the case of a repair or manufacture defect please contact the product manufacture.
