Where goods are available from stock, orders placed before 2pm will normally be subject to same day dispatch. There are no dispatch or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Statutory Holidays. We will always aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible with the majority of our UK deliveries being shipped using UPS, Fedex or 1st Class Royal Mail service. Any delays will be communicated in writing within 1 working day.

Whilst the majority of orders are despatched and delivered successfully, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Parcels are not considered missing or lost until they are 48hrs past the expected delivery window.

Our delivery prices are based on zones which are set by our carriers. If you live in a remote location such as Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland in the UK, or a remote/offshore part of Europe please contact us prior to making your purchase as such areas may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Surcharges are applicable to postcode areas which our carriers consider to be 'Out of Area'.

We offer a 14 day returns policy for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and packing charges and any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Goods should be returned in a condition suitable for resale and must be returned in their original packaging. Goods not returned in original undamaged packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

If the wrong item is received it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. Arrangements will then be made for the incorrect item to be collected and a replacement item to be dispatched.

All of our products are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. If a product is found to be faulty on receipt, it is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us in writing within 14 days. Arrangements will then be made for the faulty item to be collected and for a replacement unit to be dispatched.

After this 14 day period it is the responsibility of the buyer to mail, ship or otherwise deliver the item to a Mainland UK Address supplied by us when contacted. The warranty claim approval process is controlled by the manufacturer of the item and not the seller, any products that are found to be defective will be repaired/replaced at our discretion and returned to the buyer without charge.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, failure to comply with any installation/maintenance instructions. The warranty does not cover alteration or modification by any parties other than the manufacturer, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, Acts of God, terrorism or any other causes beyond the control of the Seller.

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal but card payments can be accepted over the telephone by calling 01274 680 744. Telephone payments can only be processed for our UK customers and only where we are delivering to the address to which the card is registered. We also accept cash on collection at our Bradford showroom for most items.

Customers wishing to pay by cheque or bank transfer should contact us prior to purchasing for more details. Cleared funds will be required prior to despatch.

We are not able to offer VAT free export sales on eBay without prior arrangement. Please contact us for more information.
