Shipping 

We use mainly airmail delivery to when despatching your goods but we may choose to use courier services.  

Delivery time can vary a lot per country, but typically to Australia 

  • 3-10 days by airmail, 
  • 3-10 days by EMS or DHL, 
  • 3 - 5 days Fed-Ex or UPS (more expensive options - tell us if you prefer these).

In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods if still in stock or give you a full refund

  • The package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you.
    We will re-send the goods if still in stock or give a full refund. In practice such cases are very rare, perhaps 1 in 5000 shipments, when using courier services. Please note that investigation and confirmation of such cases can take some time. You agree to actively assist us in the investigation of any non-delivery.

  • An Air Mail package has not arrived after 30 days.
    Feel free to contact us at any time if you think delivery is too slow and we will liaise with our shipping agents. If it appears the parcel is definitely lost, We will re-send the goods if still in stock or give a full refund after the delivery deadline has expired. These cases are rare, and if this ever occurs let us know so we can do our thing.   Note that for a few countries where postal services are unreliable, there is of the delivery deadline of 60 days.

  • Items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition.
    In such a scenario, you must, first, raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. Then contact us and provide photos. (Take photos of all 6 sides of the box that contains the product (inner casing). Then, take photos of all 6 sides of the brown cardboard shipping box (outer casing). For the product itself, please provide enough photos that will accurately show, first, the whole product and then a close-up of the damaged area.  Also, the customer needs to keep the original packing case for courier's investigation purposes. 

    Provided you follow the correct reporting process, your case can be dealt with expeditiously. You agree to report to us within 3 working days from your receipt of the damaged article. Once we receive the details and photos clearly evidencing the damage, and can confirm the products were indeed damaged during transit, replacement goods or a refund will be sent to you at our discretion.

  • A shipment is taxed or duty payable or is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs.
    Any and all Customs issues are your responsibility.  If the goods are returned to us by your country's Customs in good order, with no damage, and in a reasonable time-frame, we will give you a refund.  In all other cases, you must deal with the Customs officers in your country..

Warranty

This item has a full 1 year fault repair warranty.  If for any reason you have any problems during the first 365 days, just contact us via the eBay messaging system or the number in the package, fully describing the issues and we will reply with return instructions or may request further information and pictures be sent to us via email.  

Conditions
  1. The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body to access the electronics or other working parts, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage. 
  2. In the case of mobile phones, upgrading the operating system without out prior written consent (we will need to test the suitability of new OS updates) or modifying the operating system to gain root access, or otherwise modifying the software will void the warranty.
  3. The warranty does not extend to free repair or replacement where there is impact, chemical, electrical, or any other damage however caused. The warranty does not apply to breakage by any means, misuse, or wear and tear.  Signs of damage other than normal wear and tear will cause us to decline to provide free repair.
  4. Returning the item for warranty repair is at the cost of the purchaser.  Subject to us being able to replicate the fault and all other warranty conditions are complied with, we will pay for the repair or replacement as well as the return shipping.
  5. If an item is returned and we are unable to replicate the problem as specified by the purchaser, return shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser.
  6. The purchaser understands that we ship products with manuals and agrees that we are not required to provide after-sales training or advice on how to use the product.
