Dewalt work gear is manufactured by Custom Leather Craft (CLC). CLC aprons, tool belts, pouches, tool holders, softside tool carriers and kneepads are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the normal life of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, accidents, neglect, or damage caused by use of the product for a purpose other than intended.

Defective Items

2.) Contact us to have the item picked up and issue a refund or send a replacement if available. Before a refund can be issued or a replacement can be sent we must first receive the item and verify that it is defective. If our technicians determine that the item does operate properly according to the manufacturer specifications then the return will be processed under our non-defective return policy.
