Returns:
Return Time:
You can return most items purchased from me as long as it is within the first 7 days from the shipping date. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged. Items must be in a new and saleable condition
RMA Number:
Before returning your item you must get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from me. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. This is a very easy process. Just email me. You will be given RMA # and further instructions within 1 business day.
Restocking:
A restocking fee of 10%-20% of the total sale price of the item will be deducted from the refund for all items that are refund only. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. If you are returning an item with the intention of purchasing a different item from us the restocking fee may be lowered or waived in most cases.
