In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise are returnable and exchangable in unused condition. Due to the nature of the product, we request that you return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt.

You can exchange your item free of additional shipping charges or reqest for a full refund (original shipping and handling fee are not refundable). You may use the carrier of your choice however, we recommend using a form of traceable and insurable delivery.

Merchandise sent to us for exchange or return must be unworn and unwashed. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received. Ship returns to: Velvet Bridal Returns Dept, 520 West Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85284. Returns that exceed 14 days are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Please allow us 7 days to process your return.
