For ‘Buy It Now’ items I expect immediate payment. Failure to pay immediately will delay the shipment of which I cannot be held responsible.

Shipping

 No items will be posted until cleared payment is received in full. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class post or by Parcelforce 48 unless otherwise stated. I am happy to combine postage where possible and ship the majority of smaller parts worldwide at an additional cost.

Please contact me prior to purchasing item(s) in order for me to quote postage. Collections in person are welcome providing the item(s) are paid for in full in advance or at the time of collection strictly via appointment only. Returns I am happy to accept returns for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items providing that they are returned within 7 days and in the same condition. This is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The buyer is also responsible for any subsequent postage and packaging charges incurred in returning the item to me. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item I will issue a refund only after the item has been returned to me. Please note that all second hand parts are ‘security marked’ to deter dishonest activity. Once I am satisfied the item has been returned I will issue a refund for the item and postage charges.
