Vintage Swiss EMPEROR Selfwinding 25 Jewels Incabloc Wrist Watch

The crystal is scratched and the dial is marked. The watch is in working order, however, I cannot seem to change the day or date. The mechanics does not feel smooth when changing the time so I do not think the stem is secured properly.

Still in working order.
