Any amount paid over the actual shipping cost, ebay fees on shipping, and packaging materials (box, bubble wrap, etc.) will be refunded via Paypal at the time of shipment.

Once a package is received/time stamped at my post office I have no control over the package. No refunds will be given for lost or undelivered international packages.
