Old Monopoly Game

Money, cards, and game pieces look to be in decent shape for their age.  The box and instructions are coming apart and are very fragile.

I have what’s pictured, not sure if it’s all there.  I don’t understand where the board is with this version.  (Was this box inside a bigger box where the board was?  Because this box looks like the game box, but there’s no room for a board?)

The houses and hotels in this game are all wood.
