If you have an issue with your purchase, please let us know. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. We must, however, be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. The customer must pay for the postage to ship the item back to us so that we can assess the issue with the item. If it is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost and your reasonable cost of return. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone to arrange an exchange. We operate  a standard 30 day returns period and ask items are returned unused and unworn with original packaging and labels. If you are not happy with your product for any reason you can return it to us within 30 Days for a full refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item(s) arrive with us safely and in a saleable state with all tags and bags present, non-UK customers must also pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us. If any parcels are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from the relevant carrier company for their loss. Returns from outside the UK should be marked clearly as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’, this information should also be entered on any customs declaration that is required. The Woollen Mill reserves the right to refuse any returned parcel that has attracted a customs charge.

For items purchased as Christmas presents we extend the returns period to the 15th of January for items purchased from the 1st of November to the 24th of December.
