Payment Policy:
We accept only
PayPal at this time. Local pickups are requested to pay via PayPal, but you may
contact us to pay on the spot for big-ticket items. You need to remit payment
within one week of purchase.
Shipping
Procedures:
We will ship your
item(s) the same or next business day after payment clears. Currently, we are
using USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to
arrive inside the US. If you need it faster, we can ship FedEx Express One-Day
or Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days. You’ll need to choose that option at
checkout.
We pride ourselves
on taking the utmost care in packaging. However, if your item arrives in torn
or broken packaging or has been damaged, please contact us immediately.
Warranty:
We have done our best to ensure the quality of your product. However, mistakes
can happen, and products can be damaged by shipping companies or handling. If
you have any problem with an item that you have purchased from us, please
contact us immediately. You have 30 days to contact us for a refund or
exchange.
*Note: Items sold
in as-is condition or in the category of “for parts or not working” with no
Return Policy are ineligible for our warranty.
Returns:
If you feel that
you need to return your item, and it is eligible for return, (e.g., consumer
electronics such as batteries and phones), then please contact us immediately.
You will be responsible to pay for return postage, except if you received the
incorrect item. You need to return the item immediately after contacting us. We
are happy to send exchanges if you prefer, but our policy is to offer a refund.
