Q: Does Sharp Sewing Supplies have a catalog?
A: We currently do not have a complete catalog of the more than 30,000 items we stock, in addition to the hundreds of items added each month. Feel free to browse our eBay store or contact us and one of our friendly Order Team Associates will be happy to help.

Q: Where can I find Manuals for my sewing machine?
A: We do have an extensive data base of various manuals for tons of machines! Our policy is to offer these FREE to our customers, always! Contact us with your Brand and model and we will send your machine's manual complimentary.
Q: I do not see my machine or part I need listed on Sharp Sewing Supplies. Does that mean it is not available?
A: NO! We are continually adding parts and compatible machines to our store. If you do not see something you are looking for, simply contact us and we will do our best to locate the part or item you seek.
Q: When does my order ship?
A: We try to ship all orders within one (1) business day of receiving payment. We are generally 99% successful, unless we detect an address issue, national holiday, etc. Many orders are shipped the SAME day!
Q: Does the amount I paid for my order cover the Import Duties and Fees in my country?
A: No. Unfortunately, we are unable to group these under one price, as all countries have specific rates and laws that apply to incoming parcels. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Q: I just placed my order and paid. How long will it be until I receive my order?
A: Typically, for our domestic customers (United States), orders are received in 3-5 days via First Class Mail. For our international customers, orders are received in 2-3 weeks via First Class International Mail. This may be shorter or longer, depending on the clearance process of mail in your country. Please note many people receive their orders quicker than these times as well!
