My item arrived damaged, is defective or not as described?
I recommend you to open and check your order as soon as you receive it.
If you notice it might have possibly been damaged in transit or anything else is wrong
then inform me about it preferable via ebay message as soon as possible.
You have up to 30 days to do that - after this time any complaints will not be considered.
I will ask you to take a clear photographic evidence of the item and any relevant damages to it - simply attach them
in the Ebay message together with all necessary information and your preferred solution of the problem.
