Shipping Information
Strongwood Drums takes great pride in our quick order turnaround. Orders are shipped same or next business day, Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped via Ground service through FedEx, USPS and UPS. Customers can request Expedited shipping methods; applicable charges will apply. We ship only within the lower 48 US States, and international via the Ebay Global Shipping Program. We do not ship internationally apart from the GSP.
Return Policy and Strongwood Guarantee
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Customers are protected by our Strongwood Guarantee, where valid returns are accepted hassle-free. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of purchase and receive an RMA number to initialize a return. Strongwood reserves the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, or otherwise unsellable. Most returns have no restocking fee, however Strongwood reserves the right to charge a 10-15% restocking fee on some returns where items where re-selling as new is impossible. Refunds can only be processed to the customer's original payment method.
