At Costume Limite, we do not accept returns for a refund. We will do anything to help you find the right product in terms of communication and measurements. If the product somehow does not live up to your expectation, in stead of a refund, we can offer you store credit once you have returned the item or - whenever possible - to exchange the item for one of a different size/fit, to ensure you have the best shopping experience possible.
Items must be returned unused and with all designer garment tags still attached to the item. Returns that are damaged, washed, dry cleaned, marked or altered in any way will not be accepted. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included upon returning your item.
If you want to return an item please contact us before mailing it to us. Please state your order, price and the reason for returning the item. After doing so, you will receive return instructions via e-mail. Please allow 72 hours from the moment that we have accepted your returned item (excluding delivery time) for your credit to be processed.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive them at our address. To avoid disagreements, we also recommend you retain proof sending the item.
As soon as your return has been accepted, we will issue the refund as store credit.
