With effect from 1st April 2013 the Royal Mail have reduced the standard compensation to £20 for any item sent by Standard Delivery anywhere in the UK & Worldwide.

This means that if the item you are buying is worth more than £20 and you do not pay for a 'Signed For' Service the most I can compensate you should it be lost in the post is £20.
