Low Cost Items, normally £5 or under, will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class with certificate of postage. Delivery can normally be expected in 3-7 working days.

Light weight items and Mid Value Items, normally £5-£20, will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This service requires a signature for delivery and normally takes 2-3 working days .

Tracking Numbers are available the day after dispatch.

For Larger, Heavier and more expensive items, we will use a courier service. We use either DHL , Parcel force or GLS. All are express services unless stated otherwise. 

Tracking Numbers are available after 4pm on the day of dispatch.

Please be aware if you are located offshore International then a longer Road Service may be used.

All parcels using a signed for service with either the Royal Mail Recorded service or our Courier service, must be checked for damage. We cannot claim for damages if it is not stated as damaged on the delivery paperwork.

NB: Most International Deliveries will be made within 2-4 working days, there are exceptions to this rule, so please email us with your destination and we will inform you of your delivery time scale.

Some items high value items listed do require immediate payment using Paypal. All other items can be paid within 7 days of purchase. We would be grateful if you wish to purchase without immediate payment, that you also send a message via eBay to make them aware of this. If we have not received payment or contact from you within 5 days an EBAY unpaid item case will be opened and a request for payment will be sent to you.

We will only dispatch to the address verified by Paypal. Most Paypal payments are verified by Paypal and are security protected by them, however some International payments are not fully eligible for seller protection , in this case the buyer may be asked to provide photographic id and proof of address before your item can be sent. In some cases a buyer may be asked to pay using Bank Transfer instead.

BANKTRANSFER

We accept payment by Bank Transfer for any transaction, and in some high value or International cases we will actually request this method of payment. Payments made using bank transfer can be delivered to any address. 

When using this method of payment we ask that you please be aware of the 2-3 day clearance time for funds. 

If you wish to make payment by Bank Transfer, please contact our customer service team via Ebay messaging  to inform them. Once your payment has been  made we request that you contact us once again with your reference number so that we can identify your payment and prevent delays in dispatch.  Bank transfer details can be provided upon request. 

We always endeavour to offer quality products and services, however if you have any need to return an item, we request that you contact us via email message with your request and reasons before you send a returns request through the eBay system.   Items must be returned in their original saleable condition and original packaging to receive your full refund.

If you are returning a product due to wrong sizing then we will accept a returns as long as your item is still in a saleable condition with all tags in place and original packaging. Once we have received your item and it has been checked we will refund you immediately. If you require an exchange for different size, please contact our customer services team , to ensure that the size you require is in stock for you. You will be responsible for the return postage and any postage costs for exchange items.

We ask that all returns requests are made within 14 days of purchase.

For large items that can be costly for a buyer to return to us, we can arrange a collection for you and the cost of this can be taken from your refund amount. For such items please contact our customer service team via Ebay messaging.

We ask that you please include a copy of your original receipt for easy and prompt handling of your return.
