     Whilst the majority of our parcels are being delivered on time, some of them are delayed.
     UK delivery is usually within 1 to 3 days but please allow up to 15 working days for standard Royal Mail post.
   Delivery to Europe/EU is usually 3 to 7 working days but please allow up to 21 working days.
     Delivery to the rest of the word is usually 5 to 14 working days, but please allow up to 24 working days.
   This timeframe allows for postage delays before we send out a replacement or issue a refund.
   In some cases, parcels may be too large to fit through a standard Letterbox and could be taken
   back to the local Sorting Office for collection or accepted by a neighbor.
   If you can, please check first before contacting us.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays caused by local postal services.

Returns

All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee provided the item is returned in brand new unopened condition.

Please note that postage fees will not be refunded. When returning an item ensure that you clearly mark your name, ebay ID

and postal address to ensure we can process it as soon as possible and recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we

will not be held liable for items lost in transit.

Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund

the postage cost.
