Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Please note your shipping address must match your PAYPAL address, once you complete the checkout process we will not be able to amend or cancel the order. If you want to change the shipping address please change it before making the payment as we can not change the shipping address later, we will not be able to check your messages on order notes regarding address change or other information.

We will ship all International orders either by Standard AirMail or International Signed. There maybe some delay due to flight, holiday, weather, local post, local natural disaster impact. If your shipment delays, we hope you can be patient, and at the same time contact us, instead of leaving negative/neutral feedback or opening a dispute, we will try our best to help you.

Delivery times vary according to the destination country it is normally 5-21 working days after dispatch.

Please note that postage fees will not be refunded. When returning an item ensure that you clearly mark your name, ebay ID and postal address to ensure we can process it as soon as possible and recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we will not be held liable for items lost in transit. Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
