ePartsone accepts payments via PayPal immediate payment.

Credit card purchases for non-PayPal buyers can be accepted through PayPal at checkout.

If you are planning on purchasing multiple items, please ensure that you are adding all products to the eBay cart and completing your order for all applicable items at once. 

Sales Tax

ePartsone operates in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Current law requires us to collect all taxes that are applicable, based on the items purchased and the shipping address.  If there is no sales tax included on your receipt, this does not relieve you of the sales tax liability on your purchase.  In certain states use tax is imposed and must be paid by the purchaser, unless otherwise exempt.  Please check your state sales and use tax requirements.

 ePartsone is dedicated to your satisfaction.  We do so by getting the products you need to your doorstep as quickly as possible at no cost to you.  Should you experience any issues with delivery of your package, or do not receive your package within a reasonable time past your expected delivery date, please contact us.

All order are delivered through UPS or USPS.

Order Processing and Handling Time

We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically one business day.  Orders placed after 3pm Est. are not processed until the following business day.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday, except on nationally observed holidays.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.  You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.  Your shipments, UPS or USPS tracking will also be provided.  Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on eBay.com.   Additional delivery days may apply in some instances, such as hazardous items, oversized items, select zip codes, and remote delivery areas.

In North Carolina, sales tax is refundable.  If your purchase was made in North Carolina, the refund of any sales tax will be in accordance with applicable state law.

Refund of State Sales Tax

If you paid a shipping charge and you decide you do not want the item or you purchased the item in error, the amount charged for shipping will not be refunded.  If you paid a shipping charge and the item is defective or we made an error of the same kind, the smount charged for shipping will be refunded.  Any item you purchased that did not qualify for free shipping does not qualify for flat-rate return shipping to the Returns Processing Center.  If the flat-rate return shipping label is used, the actual cost of the return shipping will be deducted for your refund.

Shipping Refunds

Items being returned must be in resalable condition, unless an item is defective, and in its original packaging (including everything that was included with the item, such as mounting hardware, instruction sheets, etc.).  You are solely responsible for checking and following the shipping and packaging requirements of the carrier used to make the return.  IF item(s) being returned are not defective and have a total purchase price greater than $100, we recommend you insure the shipment for the purchase price of the item(s) as we are unable to process returns of the times damaged in transit back to us.  Please note the cost of the insurance is not refunded.

Return Shipment

If item(s) in your order arrived damaged or were damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can process your return appropriately.

Damaged Items

Returns are processed in the order in which they are received, typically within 3-5 business days.  You will receive notification after the return has been processed.

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, you may return within 14 days of the invoice date unused or uninstalled item(s) from your eBay order, unless otherwise noted.
