All our products are Brand New & all
the Product Comes with 1 year Warranty on any manufacture defect.
This warranty excludes any
damage caused by the user
If the Product is faulty on Arrival (DOA),
you can Exchange or Return within 7 days, the item must return in
its original condition with bags, tags and labels attached as sent. We will reimburse the returning postage and send replacement
without further charge.
If you no longer want the product you
purchased, kindly send us a message from the eBay messaging system.
Please note the product has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and
health and safety
reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been
used.

please contact us. All products come with 14 day satisfaction guarantee
policy – “Hassle Free Returns Policy”.
All products must remain sealed. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance.

paypal payment that you 'fund' from your bank in the form of an
'Echeque'
takes 10 days to clear

· Parcels cannot be re-directed to different address once item has been sent.
· The Shipping fee covers postage, packaging, labour and administrative costs, not just postage.
· Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. We are not responsible for package lost due to incorrect ship to address provided.
· All items are normally shipped within 1 business day (excluding bank holidays, and exceptional circumstances) after the payment is received, if your payment is cleared before 2 pm then the purchased item will be dispatched same day, In most cases, our dispatches arrive next working day and almost all within two working days. Shipping carrier may takes3 to 5 working days to deliver depend on destination. Please note there is no shipping on weekends, or national holidays. Cheques may take longer since it has to clear the bank first before the order is processed.
Rules for Return:

- Item must be in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer.
- Must include a note in the package stating the item number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- If item is returned because of improper fit, dislike in colour, do not like the style etc., In such cases you will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
