Published in London by W. Reeves. There is no publication date but this edition is generally attributed to 1857.

Imagine, this book was printed before the Civil War began in the United States of America!!!

Book is bound in green cloth binding with gold lettering and gold Masonic designs on spine. The covers are firmly attached with no cracking or splitting of hinges. The binding shows some wear but remains in good condition.

All pages are tightly bound. The Contents page sticks out more than the rest of the pages but is tightly bound. There is some scattered foxing/smudging to some of the pages, but most pages are clean and white. The front endpages contain advertising from the publisher about other books dealing with Freemasonry. Two previous owner signatures on first blank page. The rear of the book contains publisher's advertising for books. Book remains in overall good condition.

Book is quite rare and very collectible!
