Artwork Guidelines:

No Bleeds or Crop Marks please, if you wish to put a 200mm bleed on bottom of roller banners then no problem but not anywhere else. Please ensure all artwork is supplied in CMYK colour scheme as items supplied in RPG can look different when printed as its not intended for print.

Resolution Set to minimum of 150dpi when starting your new document. Save file as .pdf. Please make your page size the same size as the item your ordering, for example Magnetic signs 1200mm x 600mm would be your page size, if this creates a very large document then please share on dropbox or other file sending service and send us a link to download.

Other files not listed above must be saved either as an eps, png or jpeg. Please note if you require for us to make changes to your file (jpeg / eps), we would require you to re-supply new artwork as either a PDF or AI files as we are unable to make changes to image files (jpeg / png).

Returns:

We offer a 30 Day return service for all items NOT customised to your specific requirements, unfortunately for graphics printed to your artwork or signs made to your size or backing returns will only be accepted if they are faulty. Customer is responsible for return postage and cost of original postage will be deducted from any refund.

Delivery:

For small items we send via Royal Mail 2nd Class and Myhermes.co.uk depending on the size, large orders are sent with Parcelforce.co.uk.

We are based in the highlands of Scotland so a small delay in shipping is to be expected during periods of bad weather. Due to our location we are able to ship to UK Mainland and Highlands & islands without extra charges, a small charge is still payable for Large items sent to Ireland.

We always do our best to ensure items are sent with the service requested but once the item has left us we are reliant on the carriers doing their part, we cannot be responsible for a late delivery that was sent on time. If your item is urgent or you need by a certain time / day please contact us before purchase and we will be happy to advise and provide the best service to meet you requirements.

All sales are subject to the following trading terms - these terms and conditions do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. It is the responsibility of the customer to check this prior to ordering. We try to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.

Payment terms are cash, bacs, paypal, credit/debit cards

Title of the goods remains with KJ Signs until payment is made in full.

Delivery prices are quoted for mainland UK & Scottish Highlands & Islands only –  Ireland and the Chanel Islands may attract a surcharge. For delivery other than mainland UK please contact us for a quote.

We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for any reason we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. Whilst we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times.

We always do our very best to ensure the goods are sent by the service selected, unfortunately once your order has left us we are in the hands of the carrier delivering your goods and as such we cannot be liable for any late delivery if sent by the correct service chosen.

Please check for any shortages or damages to your delivery and if possible advise us within 24 hours of the delivery . Provided that this notice is given we will arrange to collect, replace, and repair or refund the goods.

Important- Distance selling Regulations

Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days- starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “Cooling off” Period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to cancel a contract please write or e-mail us stating your details invoice number and cancellation instructions.

To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your order.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address.

If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods and the original postage costs (if despatched), within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

We offer a trade printing and white box service for trade customers. Should you wish to place a single, bulk or regular order please get in contact with us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to assist. info@kjsigns.uk
