Connection cables and drivers are not supplied. We do not supply international power cables Drivers are available on the manufacturers web site. Printers come with part used toner when available We can supply a new compatible toner should you require, for an extra cost please contact us.

We are happy to accept returns please ensure all goods are returned in the same condition received e.g New products must be returned in the original box with no box damage. Opening or damaging the packaging will deprecate the value of the goods and costs will be recovered.Used and refurbished products may have minor signs of use and will not affect the function of the item.

All goods come a minimum of 3 Months (unless stated) Return to base Warranty at the buyers cost, some items may have the remainder of the manufacturers warranty .Consumables e.g Toners, Drums etc are not covered by the warranty. Orders cancelled are to be shipped back at customers cost

48 hour courier claim for damaged goods. All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery due to the couriers claims cut off time.

Delivery costs are for main land only there will be an extra charge for Highlands and islands or remote places.

Cut off time for ordering the pallet courier is around noon.

If you miss the delivery ( items shipped in a box / small parcel ) then the courier will leave a card for you to contact them, please do so as soon as possible as the goods will be shipped back to us if not contacted.

Any products shipped on a pallet ( items that weight over 25 kg or MFP printers ) there is a cut off for ordering the pallet courier please contact us if you need the item next day. There will be a charge for any re- delivery of goods if the courier has not been able delivery ( pallet delivery) e.g Premises closed , Wrong address given.
