Pennsylvania National Guard Marksmanship Medal, type II, 1907-1911. The top bar with the year and level of award (marksman, 2nd class marksman or 1st class marksman) is missing, and replaced by a chain. The obverse depicts PANG soldiers at the shooting range. The reverse depicts Governor Edwin Sydney Stuart, and the words "Commander in Chief". These medals with the year bar 1912 do exist, probably to use existing stock. See Awards and Decorations of U.S. State Military Forces by Gregory W. Ogletree, page 351.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. I WILL NOT falsify customs declarations with a lower value or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
