Payments are expected within 3 days of purchase. Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction or committing to buy an item, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner! If you need more time to pay, we are happy to make arrangements but please communicate with us promptly. Ebay's unpaid item assistant automatically opens a case after 4 days.
We offer combined shipping!! One flat rate. All items must be paid for with a single combined invoice. Please request a combined invoice before paying if the system does not automatically generate one for you. Items paid for separately will not receive any discounted shipping.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive your purchase within two to five days after dispatch (for orders sent USPS 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
International Customers: You are responsible for any duties and customs imposed by your country.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
